Our sales office is located in the Grand Pointe neighborhood. It is occupied by the staff of McLain Investments, LLC and a Van Eaton and Romero representative. Please feel free to drop by for information on available homes and lots in Grand Pointe Development. We have maps, pricing, and brochures available for you and will be happy to take you on a tour of the neighborhood and any homes that may be available for showing at the time of your visit.

Special Events Rental Available at Grand Pointe Sales Office
All active members in good standings in the Grand Pointe HOA have the privilege of reserving/renting the sales office facility for private functions. The pool is located just off the back porch of the sales office and there is an outside pool bath as well. The facility will accommodate approximately 50 - 75 people depending on the venue. This is a list of a few of the amenities in the sales office:
Full Kitchen with island/bar and seating for 12 people.
50" plasma TV in a comfortable living room environment.
HD TV with NFL package for football gatherings
The sales office is an excellent place to have small parties, celebrate birthdays, have a group of friends over to watch your favorite football game, have a swim party, or any small special events. Our facility is an excellent place to hold business meetings, conferences, or small workshops.
